🔍 What we're looking for: We're hiring Software Engineers at entry and intermediate levels to join our growing development team. Whether you're early in your career or have a few years of experience, we have opportunities for you to contribute and grow.
Basic Responsibilities & Requirements
➡️Technical Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain frontend and backend applications
- Implement and test RESTful APIs
- Write clean, well-documented code following team standards
- Debug and fix application issues using stack traces and web debugging tools
- Contribute to database development (SQL)
- Use version control systems (Git) effectively
➡️Collaboration Responsibilities:
- Participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies
- Collaborate with team members on development tasks
- Document code, processes, and technical decisions
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience
- C# and .NET framework knowledge
- Understanding of database concepts and SQL
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Preferred Skills & Experience
➡️Technical Skills:
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
- Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and tools
- Experience with unit testing and test-driven development
- Familiarity with Postman or other API tools
- Understanding of software design patterns and architectural principles
- Experience with healthcare software or interest in HIPAA compliance

- Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Ability to balance technical debt with the delivery of new features
