The Role
We take pride in what we do, paying careful attention to every last detail. We don’t take ourselves too seriously and try to have fun along the way –after all, we’re not launching rockets into space… yet.

As a Morning Shift Production Team Member, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our products are made to the highest standards. The shift is 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, starting at 5:30 a.m. Initially, the training for this role will be on a rotating schedule with the earliest shift starting at 7:30 a.m. and the latest shift typically ending at 5:00 p.m. After the training period you will graduate to the “A.M. All-Stars.” Reporting to the Production Quality Assurance Lead, you'll have the chance to:

• Contribute to various stages of manufacturing and packaging.
• Grow in your role and take on new responsibilities.
• Help us continuously improve our processes and increase manufacturing capacity at scale.

• Bonus Points: You’ve worked in light manufacturing, have experience in skincare, bodycare or food production and understand GMP.
