We are currently seeking candidates for a five-day work week at our Pacific location as Installation Technicians. This position offers a flexible schedule and is perfect for individuals with availability. As an Installation Technician, your main responsibility will be safely and efficiently installing a variety of home appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and ovens, in customer homes. You will also assist in delivering appliances to customer locations and ensure that items are handled carefully to prevent damage. Providing exceptional customer service is a key aspect of this role. You will communicate clearly with customers, answer their questions, and address any concerns during the installation process. Additionally, you will test appliances after installation to ensure they are functioning correctly, troubleshoot any issues that may arise, and provide solutions. Completing all necessary paperwork, such as installation checklists, customer signatures, and warranty information, is also part of the job. Adherence to safety protocols and company policies is essential to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and customers.
