Description

Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our HCBS business. This position is responsible for managing office and clerical tasks, while also providing key support to our management team. The role involves:
  • Assisting with impactful presentations.
  • Researching and implementing sales platforms to enhance customer retention.
  • Managing the company’s general administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Human Resources Support:
    • Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job listings, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and state/federal regulations in the HCBS sector.
    • Process payroll efficiently using HR platforms like Gusto.
  • Sales and Administrative Duties:
    • Research and recommend customer retention tools and platforms, particularly suited for HCBS services, with experience in Salesforce being a strong plus.
    • Handle general office tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and maintaining documentation.
    • Support the management team in strategic initiatives and special projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Human Resources, including recruitment, payroll, and compliance in a small business setting.
  • Knowledge or experience in the HCBS sector is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce and Gusto is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proactive problem-solving and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A team-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to the mission of HCBS.
