Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our HCBS business. This position is responsible for managing office and clerical tasks, while also providing key support to our management team. The role involves:
- Assisting with impactful presentations.
- Researching and implementing sales platforms to enhance customer retention.
- Managing the company’s general administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Human Resources Support:
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job listings, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and state/federal regulations in the HCBS sector.
- Process payroll efficiently using HR platforms like Gusto.

Sales and Administrative Duties:
- Research and recommend customer retention tools and platforms, particularly suited for HCBS services, with experience in Salesforce being a strong plus.
- Handle general office tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and maintaining documentation.
- Support the management team in strategic initiatives and special projects.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Human Resources, including recruitment, payroll, and compliance in a small business setting.
- Knowledge or experience in the HCBS sector is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce and Gusto is strongly preferred.
