Humboldt County Memorial Hospital is seeking an experienced Director of Human Capital to lead our HR functions. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving HR initiatives that support business goals and enhance employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic HR plans to achieve business objectives
- Lead the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Collaborate with department managers to design and implement training programs
- Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws, as well as hospital policies and procedures
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with at least seven years of HR experience in a hospital setting. PHR/SPHR certification is preferred.
