Job Summary: The Parts Assistant position is vital to the ongoing operations of the parts department. This job requires a lot of attention to detail but also moving at a fast pace to keep the flow of all fixed operations running properly. This position is a part time (25-30 hours a week) and will often include Saturdays. This job involves entering data into our systems aligning with the incoming and outgoing parts. This person is responsible for shelf stock, shipment preparation, and keeping a neat parts storage area.

Responsibilities:

Ship/Receive parts from other vendors

Deliver orders from other vendors to our Service Techs

Stock shelves

Organize incoming and outgoing orders

Answer Phones

Qualifications:
