Certification Details BLS ACLS NRP Intermediate or Advanced Fetal Monitoring Job Details L&D nurses needed for Nights at a Critical Access Hospital (CAH) in Northern Nevada. Must be able to work LDRP. Located in the mountains of north central Nevada. Job Requirements MUST have LDRP experience. Ability to function in L&D, PP, and Sick-Baby Nursery. 1 year of experience in true LDRP is acceptable. First time travelers are welcome. Schedule Information 3-12 hour shifts, start time 7-7 : 30 AM, with a 30-minute lunch. Modified Self Schedule; management will try to accommodate scheduling requests. Weekend Requirements : Every Other Weekend (EOW). Holiday Requirements : May be asked to participate in Holiday Rotation. No call or standby requirement. Unit Specific Information Unit Specific Orientation : 1 day of General orientation and 1-2 shifts on unit with preceptor. Additional Details Required Certifications : BLS, ACLS, NRP, Intermediate or Advanced Fetal Monitoring (in NV RN cannot place Cytotec without Advanced FHM). STABLE preferred. Common diagnoses include low-risk labor, antepartum testing, postpartum couplets, and well nursery.
