Humboldt NeuroHealth Therapeutic Services is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Manager Assistant to support the Office Manager in overseeing daily administrative operations across all locations, with a primary focus on our Fortuna office. This role is integral to ensuring smooth office operations, effective communication, and organizational support, all of which contribute to the overall workflow of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Office Manager in managing daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory, placing orders as necessary.
- Serve as the primary on-site support in Fortuna, addressing office needs and operational challenges.
- Coordinate facility maintenance requests and ensure offices remain well-maintained and organized.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous administrative or office support experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Location: Primarily based in Fortuna, with support across all office locations.
