Schedule Information Contract Length : 13 weeks Start Date : 2 / 24 (bi-weekly orientation) Guaranteed Hours Per Week : 80hrs biweekly - 1 cancellation allowed per 2-week period Shift Requirements : 5x8 Days (0700-1530) Weekend / Holiday Requirements : as scheduled On Call / Call Back Requirements : IN A 6 WEEKS SCHEDULE, 3-4 WEEKENDS OF 24 HOURS, WEEKDAYS 1500-0700 MINIMUM 6-8. Unit Specific Information Unit Overview : 4 OR ROOMS Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio) : 1 : 1 nursing Scrub Colors : Hospital provided Additional Details COVID Vaccination is required unless medical / religious declination is applicable. Declination must be approved by committee prior to start date. GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed. 12 hours non-billable orientation.
