What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Manager position at HumCap, Inc.?
Essential Functions
- Lead strategy deployment for the production concentrating on manufacturing and process engineering and leveraging lean initiatives and to drive operational efficiency and financial excellence.
- Monitors and review schedules and production orders to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures, and duty assignments, considering budgetary limitations and time constraints.
- Monitor product standards, examining samples of raw products or directing testing during processing, to ensure finished products are of prescribed quality.
- Monitor and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyze production, quality control, maintenance, and other operational reports, to detect production problems.
- Manage and motivate production staff to achieve maximum productivity.
- Identify organizational gaps, recommend solutions, and foster cross-group collaboration.
