HR Administrative Assistant/Office Manager

Location: College Grove, TN (On-site)
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $55,000–$65,000 per year

About the Role
Are you a people-oriented professional with HR administrative experience? Do you want to work in a family-friendly environment where furry, four-legged family members are often in the office? We’re looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) HR Administrative Assistant/Office Manager to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for employees and guests, ensuring smooth operations in our office.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer phones and greet guests professionally.
  • Assist candidates with the application process and coordinate interviews with management.
  • Administer drug testing, complete E-Verify, and enroll employees in ADP and insurance.
  • Maintain office supplies and organization.
  • Prepare payroll by compiling and entering hours.
  • Support onboarding for new hires, including setting up iPads, emails, and credit cards.
  • Collect safety sheets, track credit card expenses, and manage filing systems.

What We’re Looking For

  • Required:
  • Proficiency in Excel and data entry skills.
  • Friendly, highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).
  • Preferred:
  • HR administrative experience.
  • Familiarity with ADP (a bonus, not required).
