About the Role
Are you a people-oriented professional with HR administrative experience? Do you want to work in a family-friendly environment where furry, four-legged family members are often in the office? We’re looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) HR Administrative Assistant/Office Manager to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for employees and guests, ensuring smooth operations in our office.
What You’ll Do
- Answer phones and greet guests professionally.
- Assist candidates with the application process and coordinate interviews with management.
- Administer drug testing, complete E-Verify, and enroll employees in ADP and insurance.
- Maintain office supplies and organization.
- Prepare payroll by compiling and entering hours.
- Support onboarding for new hires, including setting up iPads, emails, and credit cards.
- Collect safety sheets, track credit card expenses, and manage filing systems.
What We’re Looking For
- Required:
- Proficiency in Excel and data entry skills.
- Friendly, highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Preferred:
- HR administrative experience.
- Familiarity with ADP (a bonus, not required).
