Job Summary :
An Accounting Administrator is needed to manage and process deductions, ensuring accurate record-keeping and maintaining effective communication with vendors, customers, and internal teams. This role demands strong knowledge of accounting principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process and reconcile deductions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or disputes related to pricing, returns, and other deductions.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to verify and validate deductions.
- Maintain detailed records of all deduction transactions, including supporting documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports related to deductions and financial reconciliation.
- Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address issues or inquiries regarding deductions.
