Job Summary :
An Accounting Administrator is needed to manage and process deductions ensuring accurate recordkeeping and maintaining effective communication with vendors customers and internal teams. This role demands strong knowledge of accounting principles excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process and reconcile deductions ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or disputes related to pricing returns and other deductions.
- Collaborate with sales finance and operations teams to verify and validate deductions.
- Maintain detailed records of all deduction transactions including supporting documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports related to deductions and financial reconciliation.
- Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address issues or inquiries regarding deductions.
