Summary :
The Data Entry Clerk will support Program Managers and A&F Contract Staff in the use of the CRIS-P system. Responsibilities include data entry, reviewing transactions, uploading documents, and processing mail merges. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy and efficiency in contract-related activities and assist with various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities :
Enter Legislative Earmark transactions into PTS as assigned by the Director of Contract and Payment.
Review and edit PDF documents, combining files as requested by POS, Program Staff, and A&F unit.
Monitor the PTS inbox workflow to ensure timely completion of Legislative Earmark contract tasks.
Cross-check FY25 Legislative Earmark tracker data with PTS records to verify accuracy.
Review payment vouchers submitted by vendors to ensure proper completion and signatures.
Download and submit payment vouchers to the Program Manager for further processing by the Accounts Payable supervisor.
Follow up on Earmark contract packages with vendors to ensure timely returns.
Collaborate with POS to maintain accurate and prompt contract transaction processing.
Assist the Director of Contracts and Payments with contract-related tasks and special assignments.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold data integrity standards.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Familiarity with PDF editing software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience with PTS or similar data management systems is a plus.
