Job Summary
Seeking a Fulltime Civil Construction Project Manager who will oversee civil construction projects from initiation to completion, coordinating teams across multiple disciplines. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical capabilities and organizational skills to ensure timely project delivery while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards without exceeding budgetary constraints.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning and coordination of civil construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Determine necessary resources (manpower, equipment, materials) within budgetary limitations
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to establish project specifications
- Monitor and enforce safety procedures, regulatory compliance, and quality control standards
- Review and approve project documentation (contracts, RFIs, change orders, progress reports)
- Plan construction operations and intermediate phases to meet deadlines
- Supervise laborers and mechanics, providing guidance when necessary
- Provide regular updates to senior management, architects, and owners on project status
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and report issues
Skills
- Proven experience managing largescale civil projects
- Ability to read blueprints
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles
- Knowledge of quality, health, and safety standards
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Familiarity with construction/project management software (Procore, Foundation, Bid 2 Win, Trimble is a plus)
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 5 years of project management experience (Required)
- Concrete works & Electrical work experience (Required)
- Parking lots, Stadium construction, playground construction, equipment installation project experience(preferred)
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
Work Environment
- Schedule: Monday to Friday with weekends as needed
