support staff part time 2-5 year olds

Join our team, where we provide a nurturing and educational environment for young learners. As a Support Staff, you'll play a crucial role in shaping children's early development while enjoying a rewarding and supportive work environment. The hours would be 12-6 two or three days a week

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings

• Ability to lift and carry young children
• Stamina to stay engaged with active children throughout the day
• Patience and adaptability to handle varying situations
• Good communication skills for interacting with both children and staff

• Assist lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities
• Supervise and engage children during playtime and learning activities
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for children
• Assist with mealtime and ensure children's nutritional needs are met
• Collaborate with the teaching team to create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required
• Follow all safety and health protocols
• Provide support to children's emotional and behavioral needs
• Assist with administrative tasks and record-keeping as needed
