What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director Of Marketing and Transitional Care Coordination position at HUMMINGBIRD HOSPICE LLC?
The Director of Marketing and Transitional Care Coordination is responsible for management of the Marketing Department, activities, and actions related to promoting the services and expertise of Hummingbird Hospice to the medical community and to patients and family members.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. 2-3 years experience in healthcare marketing management
2. Strong existing relationships with hospice referral sources
3. Proficient in telephone techniques including phone e que e and handling calls.
4. Valid state Drivers License and reliable transportation
5. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication on skills
6. Comprehensive knowledge of nursing practice, applicable rules and regulations and industry standards pertaining to hospice care
7. Computer proficiency and a working knowledge of Microsoft programs required, and Kinnser experience desirable.
8. Strong leadership skills and ability to work as a team player
