Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. This role focuses on Early Intervention and involves providing in-home therapy services , with occasional Telehealth sessions as requested.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments to determine eligibility for services
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide family and caregiver education to support therapy outcomes
- Carry out Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
- Maintain detailed client records , including progress reports and care plans
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure holistic care
- Part-time (minimum 5 hours per week)
- Flexible schedule (daytime, after school, evenings, and weekends as needed)
- Home-based therapy services with occasional Telehealth sessions
Qualifications
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
CCC-SLP certification and California state licensure (required)
Ability to work flexible hours
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience with children and early intervention (preferred)
Bilingual in Spanish (preferred, but not required)
