Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, Sociology, Child Development Education or relevant field
- Valid California driver's license and car insurance is required for driving to the homes of the families you will serve.

Job Description:
- Establish & maintain therapeutic relationship by pairing self as a reinforcing entity
- Prompts safe and socially acceptable replacement behaviors in order to build repertoire of communication, social interaction, and problem solving skills
- Fades prompts appropriately to promote both successful and independent responding
- Increases the frequency or duration of safe and appropriate replacement behaviors by providing access to reinforcers (desired items/actions, attention, or removal of demands/aversive situations)
- Accurately collect behavior data including: A-B-C, count, frequency, duration, latency, inter-response time, and interval based recording
- Follows the treatment plan goals and interventions utilizing sound judgment and seeks out appropriate consultation
- Collaborates with family and treatment team to provide treatment effectively and without disruption to the environment or other individuals in the environment
- Write clinic notes each session
- Attend clinic meetings/trainings as directed by the Clinical Team
- Conduct weekly debriefs with Clinical Supervisor on each case
- Follow ethical standards regarding behavioral modification
- Maintain telephone contact and a reliable method to record scheduled appointments and return phone calls and emails within 24 hours.
- Maintain reliable transportation and current liability insurance for the vehicle.
- Stand, sit, twist, kneel, bend-over, crouch down, walk, & sit/play on the floor for extended periods of time as well as lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs. without assistance from another adult

Pay: $17.50 - $24.00 per hour
