Salary: £21,000 - £24,000 per annum (DOE) Quarterly Bonuses
OTE: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum (plus additional commission opportunities)

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Trainee Lettings Consultant, you’ll be instrumental in helping clients find their perfect rental property, while supporting landlords in letting their homes. Your key responsibilities will include:

Liaising with prospective tenants to understand their needs and recommend suitable properties.

Gaining a strong knowledge of our property portfolio.

Coordinating and conducting property viewings.

Negotiating rental terms between landlords and tenants.
What We’re Looking For
We welcome candidates from a variety of backgrounds. While previous lettings or property experience is preferred, it is not essential, as full training will be provided. You will need to demonstrate:

A proven track record in a customer-focused office environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A professional, enthusiastic, and competitive approach.

Proficiency in MS Office and a willingness to learn new systems.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Full-Time: 5 days per week (including Saturdays, with a weekday off)
