You'll be the go-to expert for solving challenging customer issues, making sure every service call leaves a lasting impression of excellence. In addition to hands-on work, you'll focus on maximizing department profitability, ensuring that efficiency and quality go hand in hand. You'll also take an active role in recruiting and hiring top talent to expand the service team.
