Salary : $18 / hour

Western Colorado's largest RV dealership is looking for a qualified Service Writer to augment our top notch service department. This position is a "front facing" role for the service department that emphasizes customer service and the flow of work into our shop. Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

1) Schedule service appointments for customers

2) Check in arriving service customers and review their needs.

3) Create and manage repair orders.

4) Provide customers with updates on repair status.

5) Coordinate and schedule pickup dates for completed repairs.

6) Process payments and assist customers during pickup.
