Humphrey’s Enterprises in Silver City is seeking an Office Assistant/Customer Service Representative to join our team immediately!
The position requires working 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday for a 40-hour work week.
The Office Assistant/Customer Service Representative will be the point of contact to answer phone calls and schedule appointments, assist customers with issues, work at the receptionist desk, manage mail and email, and prepare invoices.
Additionally, the Office Assistant/Customer Service Representative will work closely with our drivers assisting them with routing and dispatching.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
· Experience in a customer service field
· Clerical or data entry experience
· Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
· Proficiency working on a computer
· Confident with phone inquiries
· Great communication skills
· A responsible and conscientious nature
· Great problem-solving aptitude
· Attention to detail and excellent quality
· Good attendance record
· Bookkeeping skills/experience
· Bilingual Spanish/English – helpful
The starting rate is commensurate with experience. We also offer paid vacation and holidays, retirement, and bonuses.
