What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet cruise guests with a smile and help them book unforgettable excursions and adventures
- Sell tours both at the terminal area and port destinations
- Share your knowledge about local attractions with passion and authenticity
- Help guests find the right tour for their interests, budget, and timeline
- Work closely with other terminal staff to ensure a smooth guest experience
- You have a friendly, helpful attitude and enjoy working with people
- You’re comfortable in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
- You love learning about Alaska and are excited to share that with others
- You have sales or customer service experience (preferred but not required)
- You’re reliable, communicative, and a great team player
