What You’ll Be Doing:
Greet cruise guests with a smile and help them book unforgettable excursions and adventures
Sell motor coach transfers to and from Anchorage
Share your knowledge about local attractions with passion and authenticity and be a local ambassador for Whittier
Help guests find the right tour for their interests, budget, and timeline
Work closely with other terminal staff to ensure a smooth guest experience
You’ll Be a Great Fit If:
You have a friendly, helpful attitude and enjoy working with people
You’re comfortable in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
You love learning about Alaska and are excited to share that with others
You have sales or customer service experience (preferred but not required)
You’re reliable, communicative, and a great team player
