1,000 contract completion bonus (prorated based on contract completion)

Engage with visitors from around the world in a fun retail environment
Job Duties :
Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and assisting customers
Maintain a friendly and welcoming shopping experience
Stay knowledgeable about products, promotions, and advertisements
Assist with merchandising, stocking, and store upkeep
Accurately complete sales transactions and manage POS operations
Adhere to company policies , including signing, pricing, and loss prevention
Communicate guest requests to management
Support store housekeeping, maintenance, and organization
Physical Requirements & Work Environment :
Ability to stand for long periods and climb stairs multiple times a day
Ability to bend, stretch, kneel, and lift up to 40 lbs
Must be comfortable working in a noisy area with various odors present
Work in an unheated building and travel to a remote location
Must be willing to live in a remote, rural community
Comfortable traveling by small plane or ferry to and from the job site
Must be able to walk or drive on gravel roads in inclement weather
Be flexible to extended work hours during the season
