- $20/hour pay rate
- $1,000 contract completion bonus (prorated based on contract completion)

- Lead and narrate excursions, providing guests with insights into scenery, wildlife, history, culture, and geography
- Ensure guest safety and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain professionalism on and off tours
- Assist with guest check-in, ticket collection, and reporting tour departures
- Promote and distribute literature on Klawock Island Ventures (KIV) venues and merchandise
- Keep equipment clean and tour-ready
- Participate in all required training, including cross-training for different tours
- Enthusiastic individuals with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to learn and share Tlingit culture and a Tlingit Introduction
- Willingness to learn about the local marine life, plants, and animals
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to engage guests
- Punctuality, professionalism, and ability to work independently
- Willingness to work in varied weather conditions, weekends, and holidays
- Current First Aid and CPR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
