Travel: Occasional local travel between offices
Join our dynamic team and play a key role in supporting Human Resources and Learning & Development initiatives! The Talent & Training Assistant will support onboarding, recruiting, performance management, and employee resources. Additionally, this role will support our Learning & Development efforts through coordinating and setting up for educational events, travel, and certification. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and proactive individual to assist in taking these initiatives to the next level. From automating HR tasks to coordinating awesome learning events, you'll be at the heart of making our firm a great place to work. Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Utilize new or existing software programs to automate and create efficiencies for human resources initiatives
- Onboarding Support
- Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Support
- Directory Updates
- HR Supplies/Employee Swag Management
- HR Related Scheduling
- Performance Review Coordination
- Vacation/Sick Accrual and Balance Management
- Manage HR Inbox
- Manage Global and Meeting & Events Calendar
Learning and Development
- Utilize new or existing software programs to automate and create efficiencies for learning and development initiatives
- Participation in Education/CPE Committee planning meetings
- Travel Coordination
- Registrations
- Super user of our learning management system (currently LC Vista)
- Scheduling
- Manage Education Calendar and Inbox
- Confirming course CPE eligibility
- Licensure confirmation and status updates
- Participation tracking
- Survey/Feedback generation
- Lunch/Beverage ordering and set up/clean up
- Set up and manage in-person and virtual meeting rooms
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in human resources, business, or related field OR
- 2 years of experience in human resources or admin support role
- HRIS experience a plus
- Public accounting industry experience a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
