Our General Managers MUST provide exemplary customer service!
Supervise staff to ensure that food and labor costs meet required goals.
Monitor staffing levels to ensure labor is adequately scheduled at the appropriate time to address customer demand within cost guidelines.
Support local marketing initiatives.
Recruit staff and oversee employee training program.
Ensure that all local and national health and food safety codes are strictly maintained and company safety and security policy are followed.
