Advertising Sales] Job Responsibilities
Client Development and Maintenance
- Actively develop potential advertising clients through various channels and establish a client resource database.
- Regularly visit existing clients to maintain relationships and ensure long-term cooperation.
Advertising Product Sales and Execution
Responsible for selling advertising products, particularly targeting clients in industries such as local lifestyle services. Promote in-platform advertising resources and integrated marketing solutions.Communicate with clients to understand their advertising needs, and develop personalized advertising strategies based on company products and resources.Coordinate internal company resources to ensure smooth execution of advertising projects and effective campaign performance.Achievement of Sales Targets
Execute individual sales plans based on company sales goals, completing sales targets on time.Analyze clients' advertising needs, provide effective solutions, and drive the closure of advertising sales orders.Contract Negotiation and Signing
Conduct business negotiations with clients on advertising prices, schedules, formats, etc., to ensure smooth contract signing.Monitor the contract execution process, ensuring timely payment and fulfillment of contract terms.Regularly collect client feedback, analyze advertising performance, and provide optimization suggestions to clients.Internal Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, design, and sales departments) to ensure the smooth progress of advertising projects.Coordinate with the food delivery business department on the arrangement and placement of advertising resources.Job Requirements :
At least one year of sales experience; candidates with experience in internet sales or business negotiations are preferred.Excellent English communication and negotiation skills, strong business development abilities, and the ability to effectively identify and engage clients. A strong determination to achieve targets is essential.Quick adaptability to team environments, with the ability to support team sales efforts and project follow-ups. Capable of performing well under high-pressure situations.Proficient in computer operations, with strong skills in Excel, PPT, and other office software.Compensation Structure :
