Job Responsibilities (岗位职责)
User Growth & Engagement (用户增长与互动)
- Activate new users and increase order volume from existing customers.
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility.
- Conduct customer surveys to enhance user satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze operational and marketing data to optimize future marketing strategies.
Social Media & Community Management (社交媒体及社群管理)
- Utilize social media to attract new customers and increase engagement.
- Manage online communities, organize activities, and track user retention and conversion.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide regular insights.
Campaign Planning & Execution (活动策划与执行)
- Develop and execute local market campaigns to increase daily active users.
- Collaborate with KOLs and business partners for brand exposure.
- Work with design and content teams to refine marketing strategies.
Offline Marketing & Brand Promotion (线下推广与品牌宣传)
- Conduct direct outreach in residential areas, office buildings, and other target locations.
- Coordinate with relevant organizations for market promotion.
- Collect and analyze user feedback to improve marketing initiatives.
- Execute corporate branding activities to enhance company visibility.
- Maintain customer contact information and build a user database
Job Requirements (岗位要求)
Experience (经验要求):
- Preferred background in business negotiation, sales, or marketing management.
- Experience in internet or tech companies is a plus.

岗位职责(Job Responsibilities)
用户增长与互动(User Growth & Engagement)
- 负责新用户的激活及现有用户的订单增长。
- 策划并执行线上及线下市场推广活动,提高品牌曝光度。
- 进行用户调查,提升用户满意度和留存率。
- 分析运营及营销数据,优化市场推广策略。
社交媒体及社群管理(Social Media & Community Management)
- 通过社交媒体吸引新用户并提升用户互动。
- 负责社群管理,策划用户活动,提高用户留存与转化率。
- 关注竞争对手动态,定期输出市场分析及策略建议。
活动策划与执行(Campaign Planning & Execution)
- 策划和执行本地市场营销活动,提高日活跃用户数量。
- 联合KOL及相关合作伙伴,增加品牌曝光度。
- 配合设计及内容团队,优化市场推广策略。
线下推广与品牌宣传(Offline Marketing & Brand Promotion)
