The Office Administrator will serve as the primary point of contact for Hunsicker offices and enable the smooth running of the company. This individual will be a vital linchpin of communication between team members, as well as the key point person to ensure that the facility operations are efficient. Administrative Duties
- Organizing and Scheduling:
- Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for Hunsicker staff.
- Managing calendars and schedules for staff.
- Preparing agendas, minutes, and summaries as needed.
- Maintaining office databases and records.
- Communication:
- Handling incoming and outgoing communication (emails, mail, general outreach).
- Drafting and proofreading correspondence.
- Coordinating the disbursement of important office related communications to all staff (electronic or in person)
- Ensuring clear and effective communication within the office.
- Office Operations:
- Implementing and maintaining office policies and procedures.
- Ensuring a tidy, organized, and functional workspace.
- Greeting visitors and providing information.
- Managing office equipment and supplies.
- Maintaining vendor relationships that pertain to the office operations and maintenance.
- Budgeting and Financial Management:
- Managing the office budget and tracking related expenses.
- Processing invoices and payments.
- Assisting with financial record keeping.
- Staff Support:
- Assisting with HR tasks, such as onboarding new employees and managing personnel records.
- Supporting staff with administrative tasks and queries.
- Conducting and compiling research on various topics per staff direction.
- Participating in recommended coursework to improve office operations and/or expand professional expertise
- Organizing company events and activities.
- Managing staff milestones and/or company celebrations.
