Supply Chain Systems Specialist

Position Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Systems Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in optimizing and supporting procurement and supply chain processes. This role requires a strong understanding of S / 4HANA P2P modules, the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, and experience in implementing or supporting SAP S / 4HANA in dynamic business environments.

Responsibilities :

• Optimize procurement processes such as requisitioning, purchase order creation, supplier management, invoice verification, inventory management and payment processing and implement appropriate workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, translate them into S / 4HANA solutions and drive excellence and continuous improvement in End-to-End Procurement and Supply Chain Processes.
• Design, configure, and deploy S / 4HANA modules, including Materials Management (MM), integration with Finance (FI) and non-SAP tools.
• Work closely with the BTP and Analytics team(s) to implement custom applications and reporting solutions to improve usability, efficiency and data driven decision making within the SCM / P2P areas.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the P2P processes and integration to ensure smooth S / 4HANA operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and field operations to align P2P processes with broader supply chain and finance operations.
• Assume full end-to-end ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring they are executed with precision, timeliness, and alignment to business objectives.
• Stay updated on SAP S / 4HANA advancements and recommend process improvements or feature adoption.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including configuration guides, process workflows, and training materials.
• Provide end-user support and training, promoting seamless adoption of new functionalities.
