Hunt Country Furniture is seeking a skilled Furniture Finisher to join our team. As a crucial part of the production process, you will be responsible for applying high-quality finishes to our handcrafted wooden furniture, ensuring both durability and aesthetic appeal.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare furniture surfaces, ensuring they are smooth and free from imperfections.
- Apply stains, paints, lacquers, and other finishes using techniques such as spraying and hand-rubbing.
- Ensure an even and consistent application to enhance the natural beauty of the wood grain.
- Inspect finished pieces for quality control and make necessary touch-ups.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Experience in wood finishing, staining, or a related craft preferred.
- Knowledge of different finishing materials and application techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
