Responsibilities:
- Process and review invoices for accuracy and compliance.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams and clients.
- Manage customer account collections and follow up on approvals.
- Respond to project managers and client inquiries on account status.
- Assist with month-end close and provide billing reports and analysis.
- Enter time and expense data into the ERP system.
- Maintain financial reports on billing and accounts receivable.
- Provide regular updates on outstanding balances.
