What are the responsibilities and job description for the Survey Intern (HGA - R) position at Hunt-Guillot & Associates?
Position Summary & Duties : The Survey Intern will process field survey data into a predefined database, process OPUS data and adjust field data to OPUS results, and input as-built data for preparation of reports. Candidate should also plot deeds for preparation of property base map and prepare survey stakeout drawings. Intern will be required to perform survey fieldwork on "as needed" basis.
Qualifications :
Applicant should be working towards a degree in the field of land surveying or related field such as Construction Engineering Technology, GIS, or Civil Engineering. Currently enrolled as a junior or senior at an accredited university with a relevant major. Good written and communication skills. Basic knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Access is required.
