The Role : Advertising, Marketing & Promotions Associate or Counsel | Phoenix, AZ
We are seeking an experienced Advertising, Marketing & Promotions Associate or Counsel with at least seven years of relevant experience to join a top international law firm in its Phoenix, AZ office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide strategic legal counsel on advertising and marketing law matters for high-profile clients in a collaborative and innovative environment.

In this position, you will :
- Draft and negotiate advertising-related agreements, including influencer, celebrity endorsement, sponsorship, ad agency, and media buying contracts.
- Review advertising materials for compliance with laws related to false advertising, claim substantiation, intellectual property, and publicity rights.
- Counsel clients on compliance for contests, sweepstakes, subscription programs, and loyalty / rewards programs.
- Provide legal advice on consumer protection and marketing issues across diverse industries.
- Defend clients against allegations of false advertising, unfair competition, and other regulatory challenges.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and legal developments in advertising and consumer protection law.
