The Role : Corporate Associate (Capital Markets) | San Francisco, CA

We are seeking a skilled and driven Corporate Associate to join one of our prestigious clients. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile capital markets transactions in a collaborative and innovative environment.

In this position, you will :

Advise public companies on SEC compliance, disclosure requirements, governance, and exchange matters.
Represent issuers or investment banks in capital market transactions, including IPOs, SPACs, direct listings, and follow-on offerings.

Credentials : JD from an accredited law school and active California bar membership or eligibility to waive in.

Expertise : Knowledge of SEC compliance, disclosure regulations, governance, and stock exchange requirements.

Communication : Exceptional oral and written communication skills to effectively advise clients and collaborate with internal teams.

Client Focus : A passion for working with technology and life sciences companies and an ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
