The Role : Mid-Level M&A Corporate Associate

In this role, you'll :

Shape the Future : Bring fresh ideas to complex M&A transactions, advising on high-stakes acquisitions and strategic exits.

Key Skills

We're looking for candidates with expertise in :

Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with M&A deal structures, corporate transaction documentation, and related legal research tools.

Analytical Abilities : Proven experience in interpreting corporate, securities, and transactional data to inform decision-making.

Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead deal teams, manage multiple M&A projects, and drive results under tight timelines.

Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, clients, and counterparties.

Industry Knowledge : Experience with, or affinity for, technology and / or life sciences companies.

What We're Looking For

Experience : A proven track record in M&A at a leading corporate firm, with at least 3-4 years of relevant experience.

Skills : Expertise in handling complex M&A transactions, strategic acquisitions, and corporate governance matters.

Education : A J.D. degree from an accredited law school with superior academic credentials.

Mindset : A collaborative, forward-thinking approach to solving challenges.

Bar Admission : Must be an active Bar member in the state of the office location (Bay Area, Seattle, Santa Monica, or New York) or eligible to sit / waive into the next bar exam.
