The Role : Corporate M&A Mid-Level Associate | Santa Monica, CA

We are seeking a skilled and driven Corporate M&A Mid-Level Associate to join one of our prestigious clients. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile mergers and acquisitions in a collaborative and innovative environment.

In this position, you will :

Lead and support complex M&A transactions, including strategic acquisitions, mergers, and joint ventures.
Provide legal counsel to support high-profile clients in the technology and life sciences industries.

Experience : 3-4 years of M&A experience at a leading corporate law firm.

Credentials : JD from an accredited law school and active California bar membership or eligibility to waive in.

Expertise : Proficiency in M&A transactions, joint ventures, corporate governance, and due diligence processes.

Communication : Exceptional oral and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
