The Role : Corporate Transactions Attorney Boston MA

We are seeking an experienced and driven Corporate Transactions Attorney to join the firms highly regarded Bostonbased corporate M&A practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated and highprofile private equity and M&A transactions collaborating with a talented team of attorneys to deliver exceptional legal solutions to global clients.

In This Position You Will :

Provide legal support for acquisitions divestitures mergers and joint ventures.
Advise private equity funds financial institutions and corporate clients on complex transactions.
Draft and negotiate transactional documents including purchase agreements shareholder agreements and joint venture agreements.
Manage and support deal structuring due diligence and posttransaction integration.
Collaborate with crossdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless client service.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience and Expertise

3 years of private equity and M&A transactional experience.

Strong understanding of acquisition structures joint ventures and financial modeling.

Prior experience working with private equity sponsors independent funds and institutional clients.

Educational Credentials

Juris Doctor (JD) or LLM from an ABAaccredited law school.

Admission or eligibility for admission to the Massachusetts Bar.
