We are seeking a highly skilled Data Privacy & Security Litigation Counsel to join one of our prestigious clients' Chicago office. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful legal matters in a collaborative and innovative environment as part of their national Privacy Litigation team.

In this position, you will :
- Manage all phases of privacy litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
- Draft high-quality legal documents, including complaints, briefs, motions, and discovery requests.
- Conduct legal research and provide analysis related to federal, state, and international privacy laws and regulations.
- Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trial proceedings.
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional legal teams to develop effective litigation strategies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate for this Data Privacy & Security Litigation Counsel role is a skilled legal professional with a passion for privacy and data protection law.
Key attributes of the ideal candidate include :
At least 3 years of litigation experience, preferably with a focus on privacy litigation.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Proficiency in legal research using Westlaw or LexisNexis.
Analytical Thinking : Ability to interpret complex legal and regulatory frameworks and develop innovative litigation strategies.
