We are seeking a highly skilled Energy Regulatory Associate to join a prestigious law firm in Austin, Texas. This position offers the opportunity to work on impactful regulatory and compliance matters within the Energy & Natural Resources business unit while collaborating with a dynamic and innovative legal team.

In this position, you will :
- Handle regulatory and compliance matters before the Texas Public Utility Commission and other state energy regulatory commissions.
- Advocate in proceedings involving the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT), ISO / RTOs, and organized power markets.
- Manage power transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, power sales, and related matters.
- Collaborate with attorneys in the Energy & Natural Resources business unit to provide strategic legal counsel.
- Deliver innovative solutions for clients in high-stakes energy regulatory matters.
