We are seeking highly skilled and driven attorneys to join one of our prestigious clients in Denver, CO. Candidate Profile

Were looking for attorneys who embody the following qualifications :

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas :

Litigation : Expertise in complex commercial disputes, class actions, appellate advocacy, or antitrust litigation.

Corporate Transactions : Significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, capital markets, or corporate governance.

Real Estate : Advanced knowledge of real estate finance, development, leasing, and acquisitions.

White-Collar Defense : Regulatory compliance, government investigations, and defense in high-profile criminal matters.

Intellectual Property : Patent, trademark, copyright, or trade secret litigation, with experience advising technology or life sciences clients.

Energy and Environmental Law : Experience in renewable energy projects, infrastructure development, or regulatory compliance.

Credentials

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a top-tier, accredited law school with a record of academic excellence.

Active bar membership in good standing; eligibility to practice law in Colorado is required.

Federal judicial clerkship experience, particularly with U.S. Courts of Appeals or the U.S. Supreme Court, is highly valued.
