The Role : Life Sciences Technology Transactions Associate | Seattle, WA

We are seeking a skilled and driven Life Sciences Technology Transactions Associate to join one of our prestigious clients. This role offers the opportunity to work with leading innovators on high-profile transactions in the life sciences sector.

In this position, you will :

Represent biotechs and large pharmaceutical companies in complex licensing, collaboration, and commercial partnering agreements.
Advise clients on strategic transactions that advance novel therapeutics, vaccines, diagnostics, and digital health technologies through clinical trials and regulatory approval.
Collaborate closely with founders and scientific leaders to structure and negotiate high-value agreements.
Draft and review sophisticated contracts, ensuring compliance with FDA and other regulatory requirements.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Were looking for candidates who bring :

Experience : 3-6 years of experience in licensing, collaboration, and commercial partnering transactions, preferably at a law firm.

Credentials : Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership (or eligibility) in Washington State.

Expertise : Proven experience representing biotechs and large pharmaceutical clients in life sciences transactions.

Communication : Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Client Focus : Strong ability to negotiate and structure high-value agreements that advance both client technologies and business objectives.
