The Role : Contract Immigration Attorney Boston, MA

We are seeking a skilled and driven Immigration Attorney- Contract to join one of our distinguished clients. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful immigration law matters in a collaborative and innovative environment.

In this position, you will :

Review and file non-immigrant (L, H, TN, O, E-1 / 2 / 3, B-1 / 2, J-1) and immigrant (PERM, I-130, EB-1, I-140, I-485, N-400) petitions and applications with government agencies and consulates under the supervision of a senior attorney.
Collaborate with legal assistants, paralegals, and supervising attorneys on case management.
Stay current on business immigration law developments.
Conduct legal research and draft alerts, publications, and blog posts.
Participate in training sessions and other firm-related activities.
Monitor case activity and ensure accuracy through client-facing and internal reporting.
Assist with special projects and assume responsibilities as needed.

Candidate Profile

We're looking for candidates who bring :

Experience : Minimum of 2 years in business immigration law or relevant immigration clerkship experience. Entry-level candidates with business immigration experience will be considered.

Credentials : Juris Doctor (JD) or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school and admission to practice law in Massachusetts.

Expertise : Experience using immigration-focused databases, reviewing reports, and monitoring data compliance.

Strong Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Leadership and Collaboration : Ability to work effectively within a team and engage with clients, colleagues, and government agencies.
