We are seeking a Junior Employment Litigation Associate to join one of our prestigious clients' Los Angeles office. This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable litigation experience in a collaborative and innovative environment, working with a team of experienced attorneys on high-profile employment law matters.

In this position, you will :
- Assist with all phases of employment litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing for trial.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal briefs, motions, and memoranda.
- Support depositions, hearings, mediations, and client meetings.
- Work closely with senior attorneys to develop case strategy and deliver exceptional client service.
- Manage multiple case assignments and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

2 years of experience in employment law litigation.
