A premier AM 100 law firm is seeking a highly skilled Antitrust Associate to join its Los Angeles, CA office . The firm represents Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms, and multinational corporations in complex antitrust litigation, cartel investigations, and merger challenges .
This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys with AM 100 law firm experience, government enforcement backgrounds (DOJ / FTC), and a strong understanding of antitrust regulatory frameworks .
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Juris Doctor (JD) Degree from a T-14 law school (Required).
- Graduation Year Requirement : JD earned 2016-2022 (Mid-Level to Senior Associates Encouraged).
- 2-6 years of experience handling antitrust litigation, merger reviews, cartel investigations, or regulatory compliance .
- Prior Experience at an AM 100 or AM 200 Law Firm (Required).
- Government & Regulatory Experience (Highly Preferred) : DOJ Antitrust Division, FTC Bureau of Competition, or European Commission DG COMP.
- Judicial Clerkship (Preferred) : U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Courts of Appeals, or federal district courts.
- Experience in Complex Civil and Criminal Antitrust Matters, including :
Sherman Act and Clayton Act enforcement.
