We are seeking highly qualified associates from law school class years 2017 to 2020 to join a leading M&A and Private Equity team in New York, NY. This position provides an unparalleled opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions while cultivating direct client relationships.

Build and maintain direct client relationships , acting as a trusted advisor on complex corporate matters.

Educational Credentials

Juris Doctor (JD) : Degree from a top-tier, accredited law school with strong academic performance.

Bar Admission : Active membership in good standing or eligibility to waive into the New York Bar.
