The Opportunity
We're seeking mid-level and senior Real Estate associates to join a prominent and expanding team in New York, NY. This position provides an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile real estate transactions, contribute to significant deals, and grow professionally in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
What You'll Do
- Represent clients in transactions involving mortgage and mezzanine debt (lender and borrower side).
- Handle joint-venture equity arrangements, acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents and agreements.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to develop innovative solutions for real estate transactions.
- Support and mentor junior team members as part of a supportive and collegial culture.
